Order Information

If we suspect fraud in an order, we will have the right to both terminate or/and cancel that order.

If the buyer of an order doesn't comply with our Terms and Condition we have the right to cancel that order without any further notice and charge for all the extra cost that the order has collected.

Delivery Information

DELIVERY TIME

The order will be sent from us within 8 - 15 business days. The delivery time may change if the product is out of stock. You can always choose to cancel your purchase if this happens. If so, please contact our Customer Services.

CONFIRMATION

We will send you your confirmation via e-mail when we have received your order. Make sure to save the order confirmation in case you would need it when talking to Customer Service.

Please notice that we charge 350 SEK if an order doesn’t get picked up.

Also notice that we can not deliver to post boxes. Your adress have to be a physical address. 

 

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you would like to change a product, please contact: info@creativesocial.club and we will help you. In order to change a product you need to resend it in the same condition as you received it, we don't exchange used or stained garment. We do not offer free returns. 

 

International Customers

VAT is included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union, custom fees are not included in the prices. Custom fees are instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence and is paid by the customer.

We collect information that you provide us with when you create your order or confirm a purchase. This information would be your name, address, contact information etc.

THIRD PARTY

Information that we collect is shared with our Data Processer for delivery, Bonver AB. None of the personal information will be shared, traded or published outside our organisation and our Data Processor.

You have the right to ask for access to your information, and you can choose to change/delete it if something is incorrect. 

UPDATES

Our personal information policy can come to change over time. All changes will be updated on this site. This information was last updated 2018-04-11. 

 

Reclaims

We guarantee that the products you have ordered on our website are damage-free when we deliver them. Please contact us within 14 days if you notice a defect or a wrongly delivered product. It is important that the item is in original condition; unused and unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Please return the product together with the payment confirmation. We will send you the correct product within 2-3 weeks.
