If we suspect fraud in an order, we will have the right to both terminate or/and cancel that order.
If the buyer of an order doesn't comply with our Terms and Condition we have the right to cancel that order without any further notice and charge for all the extra cost that the order has collected.
The order will be sent from us within 8 - 15 business days. The delivery time may change if the product is out of stock. You can always choose to cancel your purchase if this happens. If so, please contact our Customer Services.
We will send you your confirmation via e-mail when we have received your order. Make sure to save the order confirmation in case you would need it when talking to Customer Service.
Please notice that we charge 350 SEK if an order doesn’t get picked up.
Also notice that we can not deliver to post boxes. Your adress have to be a physical address.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you would like to change a product, please contact: email@example.com and we will help you. In order to change a product you need to resend it in the same condition as you received it, we don't exchange used or stained garment. We do not offer free returns.
VAT is included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union, custom fees are not included in the prices. Custom fees are instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence and is paid by the customer.

We guarantee that the products you have ordered on our website are damage-free when we deliver them. Please contact us within 14 days if you notice a defect or a wrongly delivered product. It is important that the item is in original condition; unused and unwashed with all tags and labels attached. Please return the product together with the payment confirmation. We will send you the correct product within 2-3 weeks.
